1. Scope and validity of the terms

1.1. The terms and conditions apply to legal relations arising from the purchase of products through the e-Shop through the owner of the person (hereinafter the Client) and the purchasing environment djcenter.ee (hereinafter the e-Shop), Masters Grupp OÜ (hereinafter, "Merchant").
1.2. In addition to these terms, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products through the e-Shop are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

2. Products

2.1. The prices of the products are in euros (€) and include EV 22% VAT.
2.2. Product prices, discounts, and delivery times may change without notice.
2.3. The images of the products in the e-shop have an illustrative meaning.
2.4. Product descriptions may not always be exhaustive.

3. Payment for products and invoice

3.1. A prepayment notification with the order number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
3.2. The customer is obliged to check that the information in the notification corresponds to the order before paying the advance payment.
3.3. The fulfillment of the order will start from the moment when the entire amount indicated on the advance payment has been received in the Merchant's current account.
3.4. If the money is not received within 3 working days, the order and advance notice will be cancelled.
3.5. The invoice will be prepared and sent to the email address upon receipt or directly upon delivery of the goods to the customer, which is where the warranty begins.

4. Supply of products

4.1. If the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 600 €, the products will be delivered to you within Estonia free of charge..
4.2. To deliver the product, the Merchant uses both his own transport in Tallinn and courier services further afield.
4.3. The customer is required to verify the correctness of the contact details to be submitted before the order is made to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the products. The Merchant is not responsible for delay in delivery of the products and misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy or inaccuracy of the information provided by the Customer in the course of ordering.

5. The right of return is 14 days

5.1. The customer has a 14-day right to withdraw from the item purchased from the e-Store from the receipt of the goods (hereafter, the 14-day return right) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. A client is a natural person who has purchased an item or service from the e-Store for a purpose that does not relate to his or her economic or professional activities.
5.2. The Client may redeem the right to withdraw without reason.
5.3. By purchasing from the e-Store, the Client agrees to use the following returns:
5.3.1. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
5.3.2. To use the right of withdrawal, send an application for withdrawal to the e-mail address within 14 days upon receipt of the goods.
5.3.3. Agree to pay the refund for € 30 unless the item to be returned is not in order.
5.3.4. When withdrawing from the contract, the purchased item must be returned within 14 days. The merchant undertakes to return the amount paid by the Customer within 30 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.
5.4. The customer's right to return is provided by law and is not specific to the e-shop.

6. Warranty

6.1. Masters Grupp OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) mediates the warranty of the manufacturer for the goods sold in the territory of the Republic of Estonia.
6.2. The warranty period will be valid from the moment the thing is handed over to the buyer and is valid until the time period specified by the manufacturer of the goods.
6.3. The seller provides a warranty of 24 (twenty-four) months for private customers and 12 (twelve) months for businesses (except for headphones, which have a 6-month warranty).
6.4. The warranty gives the buyer the right to request the free repair or replacement of the item within the warranty period.
6.5. The warranty covers the cost of repairs to the equipment due to structural, production and material errors, and due to errors in the equipment.
6.6. The warranty statement does not cover any errors caused by:
- normal wear
- inadequate care
- wrong installation
- wrong use
- errors caused by other external factors

7. Liability and Force Majeure

7.1. The Merchant and the Client are liable to each other in the cases and to the extent provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Estonia for damage caused to the other party in violation of these conditions.
7.2. The Merchant shall not be liable for damages caused to the Customer or for the delivery of the delivery of the product, if the loss or delivery of the product is due to the fact that the Merchant was unable to influence, anticipate or could not foresee (force majeure).

8. Other conditions

8.1. All customer personal information received through the visit of the e-Shop and purchases is treated as confidential information. The merchant will not disclose the information he or she has received to a third party.
8.2. The dispute between the Customer and the Merchant regarding the ordering and purchasing of products via the e-Shop is resolved through negotiations. In case of non-fulfillment of the agreement, the Client has the right to apply to protect the rights of the Consumer Protection Board or the court. In resolving disputes and matters not specified in these conditions, the Republic of Estonia shall apply the legislation in force.
